What Drives Me
When I was growing up, my family shared a nightly routine that encouraged all of us to "make this world a better place." The sentiment stuck. During my career, I have been driven by a sense of purpose to make a positive difference in the world.
Today, through Meg Franko Coaching, my mission is to empower you to step into your own sense of purpose and create a fulfilling work life that aligns with your values, strengths, and goals.
My Background
With over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit, government, and education sectors, I've helped shape public policy to create positive change. I've led teams, nurtured talent, and inspired growth, finding joy in seeing others make an impact. Now, I’m excited to help you discover what drives you and encourage you to take bold action toward living as your most authentic self.
I believe in constantly learning and growing. I have an M.S. in Public Policy and Management and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy. I am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute, and a Certified Career Services Provider via the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
